St Johns Lake is one of the best-known lakes on the Linear Fisheries complex and widely rated as one of the UK's top big-carp day-ticket waters. The 18-acre gravel pit holds dozens of carp over 30lb and several over 40lb, with lake records for mirrors, commons and ghost carp all approaching 50lb.
Beyond carp, St Johns also carries specimen tench, bream, pike and catfish, including fish reported over 100lb. Linear continues to add carefully selected carp to the lake, keeping its reputation as one of the more prolific mixed-species fisheries in the country.
